In my previous role as a Slot Department Supervisor, I was able to work one-on-one with all of our guests on the casino floor. Kimberly Hickman – Hometown: Muncie, IN

KimHickman-web Many of you know me from the Relationship Marketing team in the past, and I’m really excited to move into my new role as an executive casino host, a change that took place at the end of 2015. I’ve been with the Indiana Grand family since the fall of 2010 and served first as a telemarketing representative before taking over duties as the relationship marketing coordinator. Born in Muncie, Ind., my family moved to Shelbyville, Ind. when I was four and I have lived here ever since. I’m proud to be raising my own family here now. I’ve been married for 23 years and have three children and two grandchildren. I have a busy family life and always enjoy watching my daughter play basketball. I love the work environment and the camaraderie that is formed with my coworkers and our guests. I’m excited to be part of an awesome team.
